李加敏,男,汉族,中共党员,1985年11月生,安徽砀山人,博士/博士后,副教授,硕士生导师(学硕-水产、专硕-畜牧)。获江西省2022年度第五类高层次人才。江西省科技评审专家。从事鱼类脂肪异常沉积的营养调控策略的研究,重点关注L-肉碱、甲基供体等功能性添加剂的降肝脂机制。以第一作者或共一身份发表SCI收录论文11篇,参与发表14篇高水平科研论文。主持2项国家自然科学基金项目(青年和地区各1项),参与杰青、重点、联合基金等多项国家级科研项目。讲授10门本科生和研究生课程。担任江农水产2302班班主任。

教学和学术服务工作:

讲授10门课程:水产专业本科生课程《养殖水域生态学》、《水产专业英语》、《计算机在专业上的应用》、《老员工职业发展与就业指导》、《观赏鱼类养殖学》、《鱼类行为生态学》、《休闲渔业》和研究生课程《渔业生态环境与控制技术》等8门专业课程,以及开设国内中西部高校首批海洋类通识教育课程《海洋,海鲜国家发展》、及公选课《休闲渔业与渔文化》。获公司青年教师教学比赛二等奖1次。目前已指导本科毕业设计8人次,其中2人分别考上厦门大学、海南大学研究生。担任江农水产2302班班主任以来,开创多项育人新模式:开展6次以“学习优秀 成为优秀”为主题的和2次以“一舍一鱼”科普汇报为主题的综合素质提升班会,共邀请61位知名高校优秀学子和青年才俊云端授课、指导和交流;将学期总结和展望作为班级管理和文化建设的特色环节;带领班级员工深入水产养殖实践一线,打造“行走的塘头课堂”教育理念。据此,打造和运营微信公众号“海洋与发展”、“休闲渔业与渔文化”、“江农水产2302”。
