
李鑫,男,1997年出生,湖南永州人,博士研究生,硕士研究生导师,PA视讯官网校聘教授。2024年毕业于浙江大学动物科学公司饲料科学研究所,现为中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会会员,中国畜牧兽医学会养猪学分会会员,国家生猪产业联盟理事。
主要从事动物营养与饲料科学的教学科研工作,担任动物科学2502班班主任。现主持江西省自然科学基金项目1项,江西省职业早期青年科技人才培养项目1项,江西省教育厅科学技术研究项目1项,并参与国家自然科学基金2项。近5年在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food & Function、Animal Nutrition等期刊发表SCI论文10余篇,其中以第一作者发表论文6篇。
